Telluride, Colorado
A renovation project to replace dated exterior finishes, repair leaky roofs and water-damaged walls, and remedy driveway drainage problems for an 8-unit, high end condominium complex constructed in the 1970’s. After a structural conditions assessment, work included the design of a new roof and exterior wall finishes on all surfaces of the buildings and replacement of water-damaged structural components.
